Hello sir. I agree completely with your (the biblical) position on the tithe. One way to find yourself persecuted by other Christians, is to explain the true biblical tithe to them. I have been called stingy, cursed, among other things (even though I probably give more than most of them, but these are called offerings--not tithes). Anyways, have you or anyone else here attended a church that does not teach the "Christian tithe"??? I have yet to be at a church where the pastor does not cling to the Christian tithe teaching. Hi Brother; I am a brother from the Philippines. I have read some of your articles. We have the same position on tithes but I gained more from your article. I was able to read your ebook on â??loveâ?� and noticed that (please correct me if Iâ??m wrong) you believe that God has chosen people whom to love. This I believe translate to God choosing who will go to hell and who will go to heaven (again, please correct me if Iâ??m wrong ). I have read many articles and debates on this but came to the conclusion that all acts of predestination is based on Godâ??s foreknowledge. Foreknowledge always precedes predestination. If God chose those who will go to hell (and unfortunately there are more who will go to hell than those to be saved), the unsaved when in the Great White throne judgment will then tell to God this: Yes,, I am cursed.. because you cursed me! I believe that God purposely did not give a monopoly of exact interpretation of all aspects of the whole bible to any single human being. This is for us to constantly refer to His word. And I believe that one of the greatest manifestation of the work of the Holy Spirit in our lives is to admit humbly that we all commit mistakes. And if we commit mistake, we ask for Godâ??s forgiveness and correct our mistakes. I hope that I did not appear arrogant here because I wrote this in the spirit of love.
